What are yoni eggs?
Yoni Eggs are gemstones carved from the womb of Mother Earth. When you welcome a yoni egg inside of your Womb, you are connecting and aligning ancient elemental energy with your unique ancestry for the healing of your womb stories and entire lineage.
Just like many women's traditions, there are many perceived origins of the yoni egg practice. I have been trained as a Medicine Carrier in both the lineage of Jade and Obsidian.
Within the Jade lineage, utilizing the healing properties of gemstones within your womb was developed by the female Wu-Ye Shamans of ancient China. Jade is known as the “Bridge Between Heaven and Earth” that opened your meridian systems and encouraged Qi (life force energy) to flow freely through your body temple. In alignment with Taoist philosophy, which holds the belief that the natural order of the world is constantly flowing, evolving and transforming; the Wu-Ye Shamans birthed forth this practice as a way to cultivate sexual energy to connect with spiritual energy, knowing that we meet God/dess in our orgasmic state.
Within the Obsidian lineage, utilizing the healing properties of gemstones within your womb was developed by the Curanderas of the Olmec, Maya and Aztec peoples. Obsidian is known as the “Stone of Truth and Protection” that guards negative forces and energies from permeating your womb. This stone made of volcanic lava rock carries the perfect alchemy of earth, fire and water, healing sexual trauma through the subconscious messaging from the dream realm.
Yoni eggs connect you to God/dess energy by cultivating the sexual energy (Jing) in your yoni and opening up the flow of life-force energy (Qi) in your body. You may use this sourced energy to activate the serpentine Kundalini energy at the base of your spine.

Sacred Initiation Ritual:
Warm up your yoni egg within belly button. Program crystal with the frequency of your sacred intention. Keep other hand on heart.
Allow crystal and yoni to meet. Take time as their energies alchemize together. Be aware of thoughts; guilt, shame, tears or fear may arise. Be gentle with yourself. These come from past stories and conditioning. Breathe and request they leave your healing space.
Ask consent and listen to feel a resonance from your Temple before moving on. Position crystal at Temple Gates with first two fingers. Inhale and maneuver crystal in small circles clockwise. Exhale small circles counter-clockwise. Breathe Deeply. Focus on your healing intention. Move crystal up, down and sideways, tracing the beautiful shape of your vulva. When yoni signals YES, allow her to sip the crystal into your Temple.
Once inside, follow this simple technique. Lie on your back with knees up and feet on earth. Inhale and contract anus (back-root), lift and pull energy up with yoni (center opening), and then direct energy to ignite clitoris (front). Tuck in pelvic bone and rise hips to sky. Now, hold and yoni pulse 5-10 times before gently releasing hips back to earth. Open up knees, connect feet together in the yoga positon “suptavadakanasana”, release all tension, let go and breathe.
Take a deep breath up the front of your body, envisioning a turquoise blue waterfall clearing and cleansing your chakras, washing clean the window of your third eye.
Exhale down your back body, envisioning a deep nurturing fire burning away all that does not serve your highest good in this time, releasing through your anus-root.
Place your hands over your womb in a downwards triangle, ancient symbol of the Eternal Vulva, and smile an inner smile that begins at your lips and makes its way through your body from the inside to settle in your womb.
Allow time for integration. Remember that the goal of a yoni egg practice is to learn how to open, release tension and surrender to pleasure. Give enough time and attention to the Yin essence of the practice, where you lay open in your juicy receptivity to receive.
